PUBLIC TRANSPORT - TRAINS & BUSES
There is a train that runs from Teulada station travelling north to Denia and south as far as Alicante. This is a very scenic ride from Teulada heading to Benidorm, stopping off at Benissa, Calpe, Altea, etc. The train runs at fairly regular times, check out the link below.

Valencia has an underground metro service, including an airport run.

There is also a bus service stopping at Teulada, Benitachell and Benissa, which runs 7 days a week to and from Valencia / Alicante every 60 - 90 minutes. Please see the following website for full timetables.
