The villa is part of a small community of 20 villas with communal gardens and a large communal swimming pool with a shallow end for younger children. The house is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac on the hillside above the bay of El Portet with its sandy Blue Flag beach, beach bars, restaurants, a small supermarket and a chemist only a 15 minute walk away. The main town of Moraira with its shops, restaurants and beaches is 5 minutes away in the car.

The lounge contains a bed-settee which also sleeps 1 person. The villa is comfortably furnished and fully equipped with a washing machine and electric fire for the winter months. There is off-road parking for one car on the villa driveway. Although the main living accommodation is laid out on one level, a flight of stairs leads up to the main living accommodation.
