We can be relied upon to do exactly what we promise and will always be totally transparent in all our dealings with our owners and clients.
We understand that caring for someone’s property not only requires reliability, knowledge and experience but above all else honesty and integrity. After all, your holiday home or investment is of utmost importance to you and I can assure you, it will be to HMR Villa Services too!
One of the main things we wanted to do was to PROVE we were honest and transparent in our dealings with our owners, its one thing to profess you are honest and reliable and another entirely to actually do something that proves that fact. We feel that we are now unique in our market place with a number of our procedures and that we can prove that our intentions are purely honorable and honest.
- We set up PayPal Accounts for all of our owners so that they can accept Credit Card payments from the client direct into the owners bank account of their choice. Accepted as the safest method of payment for both client and owners
- All payments to HMR Villa Services are made through PayPal Safe, secure and quick method of payment – we don’t hold your Credit Card details
- We only ever charge for our services – we don’t “mark up” our fees, for example: We have negotiated with Holiday Lettings a considerable discount on their fees - £150 no VAT instead of £219 + VAT. We do not make a charge for our Management & Rental Package which includes the marketing which has been inflated because of the cost of the advert with Holiday Lettings, we just charge a Management fee and you pay Holiday Lettings yourself – taking advantage of our group fee. This way the owner knows that the advert has been paid for and the activation date and that HMR Villa Services are passing on the benefits of group purchases.
- We have agreed to take two equal/part payments for our annual fee to help spread the cost for our owners. Acknowledging the current financial situation worldwide.
