Based in Moraira, we have been looking after non-rental properties for the last 6 years. We offer various packages for people with Holiday homes that are not rented out. From key holding for alarms, cleaning and laundry, gardeners & pool cleaners, locksmith, maintenance and building works, arranging car hire, bill payments, dealing with all problems that may occur!

Weekly security checks and airing of the property when not in use, window cleaning, shopping, furnishing. Everything that may need to be sorted while the owner is away, or even whilst in residence. Each package can be formulated to suit the needs of the individual client. We offer yearly contracts, on site meetings at clients request, telephone and e-mail contact at all times.
